All exercises are tailored to suit all levels of fitness. I have been on so many diets over the years where my weight would fluctuate up and down constantly however I’ve never been successful in getting under 10 and a half stone since before having my kids.

Everyone has a moment when they decide to make a change and mine was getting ready to go on a night out and finding I couldn’t button up a medium sized shirt. I know for some that may still seem quite a small size however, I wasn’t happy the way I was.

I made the decision the next day to strip the fat and build muscle and I started the programme around two weeks later. I am still so far away from where I aim to be but I can’t believe the difference in just 5 weeks.

Total Body Bootcamp has really helped me not just physically but also mentally. I am a much happier person overall and feel really good.

Hi everyone, my name is Allan Fleming, owner of Total Body Bootcamp. I’m a 48 year old Level 3 personal trainer with over 11 years of experience in the fitness industry.

I specialise in strength and conditioning training and nutrition for fat loss and fitness.

I predominantly coach and train busy working people and business owners who are short on time and are juggling a number of commitments day to day, but still want incredible results.

My goal is to help as many people as I can transform their bodies and change their lives through health, fitness, nutrition and mindset.

I am so excited to be in a position to do just that, and I can’t wait to help you start your journey with us at TBB.

OUR SCHEDULE WILL BE:

Morning workout sessions are weekdays on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 6:00 am and 9:30 am, and on a Saturday morning at 9.30 am.

Evening time slots are Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30 pm.

The Sunday morning Yoga sweat & stretch session is at 11:00 am.

Spaces are limited for the Lockdown Programme as I will be coaching everyone individually live over the 3-week period.
